Funding Opportunities for the Western IPM CenterCSREES Announces FY 2008 Cotton Pest Management Formula Grant Opportunity (Deadline is June 18, 2008)The Cooperative State Research, Education, and Extension Service (CSREES) requests applications for the FY 2008 formula grants authorized under the Cotton Pest Management (CPM) Program. These grants are used to help agricultural producers and other pest managers gain confidence in alternative pest management strategies as they are demonstrated and evaluated in production and other settings. The amount available for support of this program in FY 2008 is $1,338,815. This notice identifies the objectives for CPM projects, the eligibility criteria for projects and applicants, and the application forms and associated instructions needed to apply for a FY 2008 CPM formula grant allocation.
